Another Workshop was born from a rebellion against traditional snowboard travel gear.
THE FOUNDER
Our founder is a veteran industrial designer and a hardcore snowboarder who has chased snow across resorts around the world for years. After countless trips dragging heavy, rigid, styleless snowboard bags through Tokyo Haneda, Seoul Incheon, and resort shuttle buses, he knew firsthand how existing gear punished snowboarders — both physically and aesthetically.
The unique shape of a snowboard and its bindings makes ordinary bags prone to deforming and losing balance.

R&D
Backed by the industrial design DNA and R&D power of UFM design — the founder's own top-tier product design studio — the team spent hundreds of days and nights, running countless extreme-cold tests and structural iterations, to create Another Workshop's new all-terrain travel line: the Yama Transit Series.
